Ryzen 5 3500U constant black screens and crashing, has been ongoing for years

Help!! My laptop has a Ryzen 5 3500U in it, and no GPU other than the integrated one. While it does work up to performance, it gives me constant black screens that I have to restart the iGPU for and sometimes, it'll crash during the black screen, requiring a force restart.

Device Manager says:

I've attempted:

- reinstalling drivers
- installing newer/older versions
- chkdsk, sfc /scannow, DISM scan
- updating BIOS
- reinstalling windows
- using different windows versions (early 10 releases, late 10 releases, windows 11)
Usually, the only thing that stops it from happening is having a game running, but recently it's started occurring even on games.
Nothing's been a fix, either permanent or temporary. Is there anything I'm missing in how I could fix this?
