That GPU card hasn't been released to the public yet so there are no 6650xt drivers yet available.
The Release date is April 20th 2022 but according to this Tech site it has been delayed to May 2022:
You can try installing a RX6600XT driver and see if it works until AMD comes out with a driver for the 6650XT from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-6000-series/amd-radeon-6600-series/amd-radeon-rx-...
If the RX6600XT driver does work for your GPU card upload a GPU-Z image.
Just to see if the data is the same for a RX6650XT GPU card. I am beginning to wonder if you were sold another GPU card since that GPU card hasn't been released to the public yet.
So how did that Warehouse get a hold of a GPU card that hasn't been released to the Public yet?
