RX 580 will not recognize installed drivers
My system has had some recent crashing issues. I loaded the latest driver and for the past couple of days, when I shut off and restart my machine, it will not recognize the drivers. When I go to start the Radeon software, it says I have to install a recognized driver. This usually happens when I go to start the machine from cold and on the first boot try, it never gets to the log in screen. I have to reset and then I get on and find that there are no drivers being recognized. I have to go and remove all drivers then reinstall. I use an AMD uninstall tool to make sure all components are removed. It will function normally after that until I start from cold.

Sounds like a windows issue to me, have you tried installing the driver twice? Install and as soon as it's done install it again.
