RX 5700 XT BLACK SCREEN, GREEN SCREEN AND CRASH RANDOM 

 

 

A few days ago I bought a rx 5700 xt MSI Gaming X and using the default settings in all games I get a green screen or black screen and then the PC freezes

I have the latest version of the driver to date (v20.11.3)


This error only occurs when using the default configuration because using the option to lower the GPU voltage in the AMD control panel solves it, but in return I have random FPS drops in the vast majority of games that I have tried

 

 

PC BUILD

MOTHERBOARD: Z490 MSI GAMING EDGE WIFI

RAM: HyperX 3200 x 2 16 GB

PSU: ASUS 750 W GOLD

CPU : INTEL I5 10500

GPU: RX 5700 XT MSI GAMING X

with the 20.83 controller it has stabilized a bit, but it still gives frame drops problems playing in 1080p, I tried to lower the voltage but it gives me green screen

The only solution that has worked for me to prevent the PC from freezing or green screen is marking the option to lower the voltage from the same AMD tool, but when I try to do it manually it gives me errors
