My processor is a intel i5 9400F and this problem happens consistently across all games, and happens when i launch a game after booting up for the first time. But after the driver timeouts, i can launch my game and it runs perfectly. This means i have to keep applying my max fan tuning over and over again. This driver timeout does not happen on the PRO version of the RX 5500 XT driver but it's last updated in 2020. I've already tried clean reinstalling the driver using DDU over and over again (like 3 times) none of it works, only PRO edition of the driver works but it runs modern games worse.
The only game that doesn't cause this are currently only project zomboid and i suspect because it doesn't use the gpu.
Any help would be appreciated as a similiar thread was last opened in 2021 and i tried everything from it, thanks!
