Hi guys

My monitor is refreshrate 75hz 

Do you think refresh rate 75 and frame rate 60 is smoother than refresh rate 60 and frame rate 60?

I mean that 60 refresh rate with 60 frame rate is smoother for me than 75 refresh rate with 60 frame rate.
Can I use freesync to make the refresh rate 75 and the frame rate 60 smooth?

It would be best if you could make both the frame rate and refresh rate 75hz. It would be smoother for sure.
