hi, I recently got my new laptop using Rayzen 5500u, I've updated all drivers and bios from the manufacturer website(lenovo) and AMD website also. But still it crashes when I want to play a video there a message appears suggesting to report the  bug to AMD. It is running on windows 10 pro, I'm really obsessed and disappointed. Could anyone help  me PLEASE?

What is the exact Make & Model of your laptop plus APU and GPU Card installed?

What are the exact errors you are getting when the laptop crashes?

The laptop is lenovo ideapad 5 ALC05

Processor: Rayzen 5 5500u with integrated radeon graphics

The message says that there a driver timeout has occured, report it to AMD

Some suggest to downgrade the drivers of AMD and I am gonna try it

Update: I've done anything but it didn't work. Now I fint out why my friends said, avoid buying AMD laptop.

Just want to get rid of bloody amd, such a ridiculous company
