Hello. I have a problem with Radeon software - when I play and when the ping jumps / falls (even from 30 to 20 etc.) it literally freezes the game / sometimes the whole computer for a second - if Radeon software completely turns off this problem is gone. Maybe you know what's going on?

Could be your CPU is saturating on a given thread or three

test using an overlay such as FRAPS or the steam overlay etc

task manager can run with the game and the graph can be eye opening

all games vary on the rendering from frame to frame, this is due to the way the card has to calculate the image

the cpu has to do the scheduling
