I cannot open the Radeon software, I get a pop-up saying the driver versions do not match, but I had just updated my drivers, unless there is another section to update certain drivers.

you cant run drivers from an older software version. They have to match

if you want only drivers, just install drivers but you wont have AMD features and tunings from software

did you update your mobo/cpu chipset drivers first? you can do it from from your mobo manufacturer or from AMD or from w10 update
