Radeon Rx 6800 Manual OC - Voltage not being applied.

When i OC my RX 6800 (Non XT), I am undervolting my card to 1000(mV), but when im running benchmarks and testing for stability, the radeon software is showing that its still running at stock 1025(mV). Not sure what is going on, or if im missing something. Does anyone else have this issue?

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

GPU: ASUS TUF Radeon RX 6800

RAM: 16gb

MOB: X570 Aorus Elite Wifi

It's not a bug, it's feature (some may say)

use wattman and just set limits in percentage. I'm using 100% frequency with 89% voltage (stable) it will give you 2200-2250mhz with 900mv. Play for some time and lower voltage to 88% and so one. If you find stable settings you can raise frequency and voltage will increase gradually.

Is Wattman a seperate program to the radeon Adrenaline software?

Here is a screen shot of what im talking about, i set the Voltage to 1000, but its showing 1025 and only that when running games and benchmarks. When i set a voltage it shouldnt go over the voltage i set right, thats the purpse of undervolting the card?Screenshot 2021-01-17 181804.png
