Radeon Host Service eating disk usage

For some reason, when I play fortnite (only fortnite), I lag a ton, even tho my computer is good, and can easily handle most games. So I found out why this was happening, it was because my disk usage was at 100% all the time (caused stutter, ping spikes, 1 fps, it was literally unplayable). And for some reason it is radeon host service that is eating up my disk usage, and im not sure why?

That is what it looks like when I play fortnite...

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I use a standard Seagate Barracuda 1TB model

Not sure, but you might find something in task scheduler pointing to cause.

Autoruns or process explorer also might also pick up exact process causing it.

I yesterday somehow fixed the issue. In my case it was somethin with virtual memory, and all I had to do was reset it. (How To Fix 100% Disk Usage in Windows 10 (2019) - YouTube )

If anyone else is having this issue, i recommend you watch the whole video, it should fix your problem.
