I have ordered a notebook with a Ryzen 5 Pro 7540U, which will arrive in the next few days. The Radeon 740M is integrated here. Why the hell does AMD offer a 23.11.1 driver for this, which is only intended for Vega and Polaris? The same Vega/Polaris driver is offered for a Ryzen 7 Pro with Radeon 780M!
The same driver 23.11.1 for a Vega in a Ryzen 7 4700U causes the Windows boot process to take several minutes, even after a clean driver reinstallation! The 23.11.1 for Vega/Polaris cannot be uninstalled normally via Windows on the 4700U either, as there is no progress after half an hour of checking the installation. Only the Clean Utility from AMD in safe mode can help here!
