Hi, I haven't been updating my PC for quite some time. Some time last week I got SOTET and decided to update everything on my PC while it downloads.
Stupidly, I forgot to check my driver versions before the update. Now, windows will periodically just switch off my graphics adapters, and when the system reboots, sometimes AMD adapter will be turned on, sometimes it won't be.
I'm able to test for changes through Elden Ring, since.... well when I start the game, it turns off the adapters within 5 minutes of gameplay, otherwise, it's a gamble.
Now for the things I've tried:
- Reverting to previous versions
- Removing everything AMD in safe mode, then clean install
- Using third party tools to remove the drivers and clean install
- Updating bios
- Steps 2 and 3 again
- Manually updating all the drivers
