When i record clips on obs with mkv format while using h.265 then import them to davinci resolve the clips playback at double the speed and audio is out of sync then at the end of the clip its one still frame with the audio still playing
and apparently im not the only one having this issue

rolling back to driver version 23.10.2 seems to fix the issue according to some people but i need latest drivers to play some of my games + davinci resolve wont run with older drivers
edit: i tested with other file formats and the issue is still there (i even tried streamlabs obs)
