My Issue:
Okay, so I'm trying to use AMD Adredlin 2020 20.1.2.. Turns out that the "Peformance" tab is inaccurate and I can't find the "Streaming" tab. I've tried disabling Hyper-V because that helped last time, however... It does not work on here. I just want to stream.

- Power Supply Unit Make, Model & Wattage: No idea, prebuilt from HP.

- Radeon RX550/550 Series 4GB discreet

- Samsung TV, 1920x1080 60 FPS (Connected to RX 550 | Sceptre 1920x1080 60 FPS (Capable of 75hz, however I have it capped at 60 FPS. It's connected to the motherboard.)
