No HDMI output for ATI RADEON HD 5450 on Windows 10

I was using an old VGA monitor.  I recently bought a new HDMI monitor.

I have a desktop PC with ATI RADEON HD 5450.

HDMI signal is not getting detected from the GPU to the monitor. I have tried all drivers, old and new.

Is there any solution to this problem?

OS: Windows 10

Driver Versions tried: 15.7.1 WHQLCrimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta, 14.501.1003.1001

What is the Make & model of your Monitor and how is it connected to the GPU Card?

It seems like the Maximum HDMI Resolution for your GPU card is: https://www.gpuzoo.com/GPU-ATI/Radeon_HD_5450_GDDR3.html

So if your Monitor Resolution is higher than 1920x1200 you won't received a video output.

It is BenQ  GW2480T 24 inch, monitor. The maximum resolution is 19020 by 1080
