sorry, uninstall all drives i could lost all this progress...
Before my 10 times unistall windows and re install, this is the first time i saw some games could be able to play AT THE FIRST i be able to run
Dota2 (with radeon) - all on 1080p ultra (at 28 fps ok)

Which was that, High Performance or Power Saving? I see only one list of benchmark results. Please try to bench both so we can compare.
I set on "ALL APLICATIONS" the sc2_x64.exe, but it is not reconizing this a aplication that use GPU like starcraft because if it reconize it will be show on "RECENT APLICATION"

Just to be sure, have you tried this several times? Because the application only appears in the Switchable Graphics application list after the application has been launched and then closed.
Lets try globally forcing all applications to run off the discrete GPU. To do this, Under the “Switchable Graphics Global Settings” page, try setting the Global Application Settings dropdowns to “Maximum Performance” to globally force all apps to run on the high performance GPU.
Hi, same issue here on Dell Inspiron 5447 (amd 265 r7). But with each game (Ori and the blind forest, Call of Duty, Tomb Raider, Battlefield and also Unity3D Game Engine). As descriped above, i did install lastest intel and amd drivers. I also did reinstall windows and i also installed original dell drivers. AMD Monitor does not show any performance on AMD Card. Its completly rendered on CPU. I also reported this issue on dell in February - Until today i did not get any response from dell support. I' am working to long, when i come at home the support is not available anymore (6 pm).
Is there already any solution?!
