It appears you are trying to use the Auto Installer to get Adrenalin drivers for legacy R5 graphics? Do you know what graphics card you have? It's possible the card is old and no longer supported in the latest software. You should still be able to manually download the last supported drivers, if you click where it says Download Driver - Go to AMD.com

Thankyou for your replay. Yes I always used the Auto Installer cause I'm not that good in these stuff. So I have to find the name of my graphics card and do it manually from now on ?

It's an A9-9425 processor with integrated Radeon R5 graphics.

Here's the closest match @ amd.com/en/support

Processors with graphics\AMD A-Series Processors\AMD A9-Series APU for Laptops\7th Gen A9-9420 APU

Yes, it seems the R5 200 and R5 300 series graphics cards, as well as A-Series APU with integrated R5 graphics, are now legacy per this support KB.

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-630

If you right-click on the Windows button on the taskbar, and select Device Manager, expand the Display Adapters section and the Processors that should tell you what you have.
