my rx580 drivers wont update

My rx580 wont update. I first noticed this while I was playing apex and I would experience crashes every hour or so. Then I went to check what was causing the issue and my gpu was spiking up and down constantly. I tried installing new drivers using auto update and manual however whenever it loads to check compatibility with drivers and software it closes the window  instantly I cant uninstall the drivers but I thought there is something I am missing or overlooking. Any help is appreciated.

Use DDU to uninstall and manually install this one: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580

22.3.1 is the best driver for the RX 580, that is the card I had before my upgrade..
