I switched from a gtx 1060 to an rx 6600 and I still face a lot of stutters in any game that uses dx11, is there a way to fix these stutters?

Things I've Tried Using DDU in Safe Mode Disable dxnavi in registry I changed the power supply If anyone can help I would be grateful

you litteraly cant fix the stuttering issue on dx11, bcoz amd is touching balls for like 2years now !

Here the window closing animation appears to be at 12 FPS, it has always been like this since release.

So this was never resolved? I thought it was just me .
