I've been using the logging tool for the first time and I noticed it's displaying different GRAPHICS API despite me only changing resolution with an occasional game restart and nothing else. Sample lines from different runs below. I didn't even know you can change api. Is it bugged?

From Steam help:
"Counter-Strike 2 represents the largest technical leap in CS history, and our goal is to continue to develop Counter-Strike for years to come.
As technology advances, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue support for older hardware, including DirectX 9 and 32-bit operating systems."
So how does my 5700XT run it in DX9??? 24.1.1 drivers
