I have an AMD Radeon R7 360. I installed the just the latest drivers, not the CCC and other software. And my screen started to flash black every so often. But when I install the whole Radeon software package, it stops. I am running Windows 10 1809, with latest updates. What could possibly cause that? Any help would be appreciated
