it says im playing the sims 4 all the time even though i deleted it forever ago

has anyone else had an issue where their gpu adrenaline software is showing that they're playing a game when they're not? it's even showing fps which is making me think it's actuallty running something???

You can see in the path below "The Sims 4" that it is really a path to opera.exe, which is a browser. So investigate how to fix that path.
