So, what happens is the OpenGL is somehow unavailable for my laptop (HP Zbook 14u G5) , despite GPU-Z and the Spec Sheet for the GPU on the AMD website both saying its possible to run it.

I've tried many ways to get this work, including updating all my chipsets and drivers in my laptop, as well as trying to put "Maximized performance" as the option in windows 10. I still am unable to get my DGPU to run OpenGL
Please send help, because I have already exhausted all options
