Interrupted Recording When There Is a Power Outage and the Video Can’t Be Played Due to Error

Hi,

Is there anyone here can recommend an application or way how to fix video can't be played because of the power interruption when recording using AMD Software?

Scenario: 
Let's say you started recording your game/screen without a UPS and played for an hour then suddenly its start raining in your area and power outage occur. Typically, you'll verify your recording to see if it's okay in C:\Radeon\GameFolder and you found the file outside of the game folder, when you tried playing this file is doesn't work.

I've tried using these applications to open the file, but It doesn't work:
