I had an old video driver installed, and I thought "Well it is quite old, maybe it is time to update it" and I downloaded the latest driver. I uninstalled the last one with DDU, but after I installed the new one, while browsing the internet the images have a weird look to them, kinda like a grainy effect, even on YouTube the thumbnails have this effect, while the video itself I think looks normal. I tried Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and they all have this problem.

GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT

Driver: 22.6.1

After more testing I found out that this problem manifests with every driver starting with 22.3.1 when RSR was introduced. RSR was disabled in Radeon Software.

I decided to try a new version again, and with driver version 22.8.2 the problem is gone.
