It is best to give first priority to Acer Laptop drivers and Apps including its own Acer AMD VGA Driver which were made to be 100% compatible with your laptop and to use all of your Acer's Laptop features.
The only time you should install Non-Acer drivers if they are very out-dated or you need newer drivers than what Acer offers.
AMD VGA Drivers are basic video drivers that are made to work in various types of laptops. You can use those if you need a newer driver than what Acer offers to run a game or app.
But be aware it might not use all of your laptop's features.
As kingfish mentioned since it is a new Laptop it is best to use Acer's Drivers and apps since most likely all the drivers will be fairly or fully up to date.
But even AMD says to first use your Laptop OEM Drivers rather then AMD basic drivers.
