Instabillity issues with vfio passthrough (IOMMU) on AMD RX 560 Linux host Windows 11 guest

Hello! I'm experiencing issues with my QEMU Windows 11 virtual machine setup using an RX 560 graphics card. Previously, this configuration worked well, but recent updates to both the graphics drivers and the Linux kernel have caused significant problems. The setup has become unstable, often requiring multiple reboots of the Linux host system for the guest to function. I'm seeking assistance in resolving these compatibility issues and restoring the virtual machine's usability
Here gist of kernel log and qemu command that I use

Is this something related to Server hardware or software or Workplace PC?

If so try posting at AMD EPYC DISCUSSIONS (Former Server Guru) which deals with everything to do with Servers and EPYC processors: https://community.amd.com/t5/epyc-discussions/bd-p/amd-server-gurus-discussion

If it isn't Server related ignore the above info.

Also open a AMD SUPPORT TICKET from here: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html

NOTE: Since it was working fine before you updated the AMD Driver and Linux OS try using a previous AMD driver

it is possible that there might be a conflict or incompatibility issue between the AMD Linux driver and Linux OS.
