I tried using the AMD clean utility and when i clicked restart it does not restart HELP.
So when i clicked restart my monitor I was black kelp flashing my fans were not spinning. So then I turned off my monitor and turned it back on then my monitor would flash and show me windows but then go back to being black. Then i tried unplugging the monitor and then it says not signal. So then i tried turning off my pc by pressing the case button and now when i turn it on the fans are not spinning and the monitor is not getting any signal.
