You have an OEM GPU card (HP, DELL, etc) which AMD doesn't support with drivers. But you can try the last AMD Driver for the R9 200 series AMD Driver and see if that works or not from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-22-6-1-legacy

The above driver Release Notes is from the R9 270 Download page from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-200-series/amd-radeon-r9-...

AMD stopped supporting all the "R" series GPU cards in 2022.

NOTE: Is the GPU a "USED" GPU or did you purchase it new?

Download SPECCY to see your Computer Specs.

Need to know your Motherboard, CPU/APU, GPU, & RAM Make & Model.

What does Device Manager show under "Display"?

Motherboard: "H81M-E33 (MS-7817) (SOCKET 0)"

CPU: "Intel Core i3 4170"

My grapich card is: "AMD Radeon R7 Series / HD 9000 Series"

RAM:

Slot 1 :

Type DDR3
Size 4096 MBytes
Manufacturer Kingston
Max Bandwidth PC3-12800 (800 MHz)

Slot 2:

Type DDR3
Size 4096 MBytes
Manufacturer Kingston
Max Bandwidth PC3-14200 (889 MHz)

And i didnt see nothing like Device Manager, where is it?

Thanks for the update!

There are various R7 GPU cards but I far as I know there are no HD 9000 series GPU cards. The highest HD models are the HD 8000 series GPU cards.

Download GPU-Z and and click on the upper right corner the box that says "LOOKUP" and see what AMD GPU card it shows.

Is this a Pre-Built PC your purchased that came with your MSI Motherboard and GPU card already installed?

If it is please post the model of your PC that you purchased?

NOTE: You can open the PC case and try to find the Model number on the GPU card's sticker.

In "Lookup" says its "AMD Radeon R9 255 OEM".

It was a pre built PC but i added a 4GB ram and this graphic card a few years ago.

Here are all the drivers from MSI Support for your MSI Motherboard including BIOS: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H81M-E33/support

If you purchased your PC Pre-built from a OEM Company their website Support should have all the drivers that your PC needs.

Yes, it is worth a try. can you upload the GPU-Z image where you found your GPU card?

That will give the Manufacturer and Hardware ID for your GPU card.

Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) with the internet disconnected and deleting, if created, C:\AMD BEFORE installing your current AMD driver.
