regular processor like yours that doesn't have integrated graphics doesn't have any drivers to install or update.
Those processor drivers you see are special Windows drivers that can't be updated manually. only when you upgrade Windows to a newer version will those drivers be updated.
So just ignore Device Manager's Processor drivers. They are special drivers that only Windows installs for its own use.
Now if you have a APU Processor ( Processor with Integrated Graphics) then you will need to download the Integrated Graphics driver from AMD Download page. but your processor is a "X" which means it doesn't have any Integrated Graphics so no drivers are needed.
