HP 405 G6 PC Mini Green Screen Crashes After install driver AMD

Windows 11 Pro
AMD Ryzen™ 5 PRO 4650GE (3.3 GHz base clock, up to 4.2 GHz max boost clock, 8 MB L3 cache, 6 cores)
8 GB memory; 1T SSD storage
AMD Radeon™ Graphics
Description of Original Problem: Occasional blue screen flickering. After installing the driver from AMD. Before that, if the driver did not install, the computer was completely normal. I have completely reinstalled windows but this problem still can't be solved. I am using the HDMI port to output the image.
