How do i update an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U

I have a lenovo slim 7 and it is telling me that my AMD Radeon software and driver versions do not match.

And i have no clue how to update them. It says everything is up to date and yet doesn't work. I wish i didn't bother with brand.

What you do is go to the driver download page and enter your Ryzen APU https://www.amd.com/en/support

Latest drivers for your laptop > https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-mobile-processors-radeon-graphic...

Then reboot.
