How do I get rid of AMD High Definition Audio?

Downloaded AMD Adrenalin. Soundblaster(wp) was one of the updated drivers. I use Realtek. I tried:

- Deleting from Device manager, but it comes back

-Disabling from Deice manager, it still came back

- Deleting from Device manager in safe boot, but it came back

- Deleting C:/Windows/System32/Drivers drivers with the prefix "AMD", wasn't allowed

- Deleting the prefix "AMD" drivers in safe boot, had no sound after

-Deleted software AMD Adrenalin, problems were the same

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

-Tried deleting drivers from the "Drivers" tab in Autoruns64.exe, but wasn't allowed (and for a reason: no sound followed)

- Rollbacked driver, the button was like untouched after the reboot

I used the help of Microsoft Developer and most of these ideas were his .

After every action I rebooted. My stats: AMD ryzen 3 3200U processor with Radeon Vega graphics laptop HP db1002nu with non-licensed Windows 10 64x . I'm a high-school student in a developing school. Still learning things.

Why not just change 'Sounds' settings to use Realtek?

I don't know why you would want to do that, but easiest thing to do is: Device manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> AMD High Definition Audio Device -> disable device
