No information at all concerning your PC or its hardware or software or Windows and AMD versions installed.
Can't read the warning but it seems like it is saying that Windows update has install a AMD driver for your APU processor.
You need to disable Windows Update for Drivers to prevent that from happening. then install the AMD driver again.
