HDMI resolution problem / signal error in portrait mode

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a RX 6600XT and have a problem with my second screen in portrait mode.
About every second time the screen wakes up from sleep or after boot the screen is showing a distorted view of my desktop.
Windows thinks everything is fine since screenshots are showing the complete desktop with no problems. I took a picture to show your the problem.
Switching the pixel format or changing any other setting that "resets" the display fixes the problem until the screen wakes up the next time.
On some rare occasions the screen is displaying "Signal error" without displaying anything.
Most insteresting find: The problem does not occur in landscape mode (default).

OS: Windows 11, latest updates
GPU: Gigabyte RX 6600 XT GAMING OC 8G
Driver version: Adrenalin Edition 23.5.2
Problem Screen: Eizo Foris FS2434
Main Screen: iiyama G-Master GB3466WQSU
Mainboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro

Steps I have already gone through:

1. AMD Cleanup Utility + Reinstall
(The driver chooses YCbCr 4:4:4 by default with adds a tint to the screen)
2. Different HDMI cable
3. Different HDMI port on display
4. Different HDMI port on gpu
5. Different OS (started on win 10, installed win 11 fresh)
6. Different PC with same display (works fine as before)
7. BIOS update
8. Disable resizable BAR
9. Different pixel format
10. Install ICC profile for monitor
11. Clean PCIe slot and GPU contacts
12. GPU firmware update

Everything worked great with my previous GTX 1060 so I'd assume this is more of a software problem than a hardware problem.

Any ideas are appreciated. If any information is missing I'll happily provide them.

Best regards
