Graphics card driver keeps uninstalling

I already turn off windows update but still happens sometimes any fixes

everything i try doesn't work and i cant seem to update my CPU driver without putting it as primary boot device in bios it always 2009 version

Many of those old dates in device drivers is by design from MS. Usually no need to update them.

Web search 'old device driver dates' for explanations from MS.

fixed my issue not sure what did it exactly turned some policy on and changed pci slot took out a ram and cmos battery at least i can play my games at not crash and have uninstalling drivers was so close to giving up
