Here is the issues that i got with my system , it's showing as a checkboard pattern with different shades on the texture in some games , but in all games it has this weird line that moves with the characters and changes the shadows and other textures as in the gta video.
I tried to reinstall windows , rolled back mu drivers , changed the ram , swapped the gpu for an older gtx 1650 to test it out, tried different monitors and cables , still the same issue.
