GPU in idle after Driver update

I installed after my last round of D2R the newest driver yesterday . Today started the game and it basically achieves 2 FPS. Before it was >85 FPS on 4k.

All metrics of AMD Adrenalin and GPU-Z shows a GPU Clock of max. 30 MHz. Anyone else experienced this behavior?

I have an 6900 XT Ultra from XFX if it matters. But basically from driver update nothing changed meanwhile. Well yesterday I had even my GPU undervolted....

Nothing seen on the release notes.

I too had a 2 fps issue on some (MHrise and Last Epoch, but not stellaris) games too. But when the game fullscreen wasn't active, it was full fps. Also when disabling freesync, game was full fps when it was active fullscreen, but went to unlimited fps when not active.

Found out that the AMD adrenaline fps limiter was set to 15 (minimum), changed that and it seemed to fix this. Perhaps it was set to even lower as I couldn't get back to 2 fps.
