Hello, I installed a Radeon 6700 XT GPU in my PC. To do this, I bought a new SSD and performed a clean Windows 10 installation. Then I installed the latest AMD ADRENALINE drivers. The system was running fine for about a day and a half, but then it started to restart sporadically. Sometimes it would restart 2 or 3 times in a row, and sometimes it would run for an hour before restarting again. After reading various sources for possible solutions, I took the following steps:
- I updated the BIOS and motherboard drivers (b365m pro-vh).
- I checked the memory modules (everything was fine).
- My PSU has a capacity of 850 watts, so there should be sufficient power.
- I switched the graphics card to a 5700 XT, but encountered the same restarting issue.
As a last resort, I decided to uninstall the AMD ADRENALINE drivers and let Windows use its default drivers to see what would happen. Surprisingly, my system stopped restarting, and I haven't had any issues since.
I'm sharing my system setup here because I believe this is a significant issue related to the drivers. If someone else experiences a similar problem, they might find this alternative solution helpful. Additionally, I hope that AMD technicians could look into the possibility of compatibility issues with some of the components I have.

- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz (6 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
- 16384MB RAM
- MSI b365m pro-vh (MS-7C31) Motherboard

Hola, instale en mi pc un gpu Radeon 6700 xt, para hacer esto compre un nuevo ssd e instale un windows 10 limpio, luego instalo los ultimos drivers AMD ADRENALINE, la máquina estuvo andando lo mas bien durante 1 dia y medio, luego empezo a reiniciarse de modo esporádico y a veces eran 2 o 3 reinicios seguidos, luego pasaba 1 hora y se volvia a reiniciar, al leer en todos lados posibles solucines hice lo siguiente:
1 - Actualice BIOS y Dirver de mohter (b365m pro-vh)
2 - Comprobe Memorias (todo OK)
3 - Mi PSU es de 850 con lo cual esta sobrado de potencia
4 - Cambie la placa a una 5700 xt, mismo problema me reiniciaba la maquina
Como última opción decidi quitar los drivers AMD ADRENALINE y dejar los drivers de Windows para ver que pasaba y PUM no se me reinicio nunca mas, no tuve más problemas.
Dejo mi SETUP aca, ya que me parece un error importante de los drivers que sucedan estas cosas como para que si alguien le pasa pueda ver una solución alternativa o tecnicos de AMD verifiquen si hay incompatibilidad con alguno de los componentes que tengo.-
