Getting driver power state failur after installing 7900 XTX

So i finally recived my 7900 xtx, and shortly after turning my pc on and installing the driver for it, I ended getting blue screen saying; driver power state failur.
I tried:

Unstalling drivers using amd cleaner and ddu

Formatting pc to orginal win 10

And when booted, it took about 3 min before driver stoped.

Tried putting win on balanced and performance, and never letting harddrive sleep.
But still got blue screen.

Spec:
Intel i5 13600k -b7-b0
Gigabyte Aero G Z790- bios v. f9
DDR5 32 gb 2800mhz no xmp 1 slot
PSU 850w G3 Evga

Any thoughts or something i can try?

Edit12/10:

I installed my GTX 970, and reinstalled ALL drivers for EACH unit manually.
Booted in safemode to remove nvidia driver again,
and installed the 7900xtx and installing ONLY the driver - and it seems like it's not crashing anymore. I am about 30 min in.

But i still really like to know how to set up the card since it is my first amd card and know nothing about what it is truly capable of.

what model EVGA 850wtt PSU? ..how old is it?

I'd be running a 1kw PSU with that GPU personally

You can check out the PSU Tier List and multiple hardware review sites on your current PSU and any possible future hardware purchases
