I recently bought a new PC and in my AMD software it says I'm running about 240 frames in teardown where I was testing the power of my new Pc, in reality I'm running thirty which should not be happening. Does anyone know why this is happening? (On windows 10) This is happening with my Steam games, Fortnite for example runs great.
