FPS drops to or below 1 due to ca. 0% GPU utilisation when turning Windows volume knob in MTG Arena

Heyo everyone,

this problem occurs after I updated to the 21.4.1 graphics driver yesterday and only in Magic the Gathering: Arena.

My specs are:

RX480 8GB
Ryzen 5 3600
16 GB RAM
