I have recently purchased a new ASRock RX 5700 XT and installed it on a fresh win 10.
I used the recommended 20.9.1 WHQL driver and have set it to "Game" profile.
The first few problems I noticed were screen flickering and long black screen periods when alt-tabbing.
And under load the PC would crash and restart itself. Very frustrating.
I was thinking about returning the card and get my money back.

Then @taskforce131 was so kind to post this solution to my topic and I tried it.
I reinstalled the driver and this time I selected the "Standard" profile,
which will disable all Radeon Software-Features like Anti Lag, Boost, Chill, Image Sharpening.
I did not have a single blackscreen, crash and no screen flickering at all, since then.
The performance of the card is great and framerate is very nice.
This solution was really helpful to me. Thank you @taskforce131 !
