With the latest driver (22.6.1) Final Fantasy XIV (non-steam version but they're probably the same?) crashes when the game attempts to launch. Starting the launcher requires an initial login and then "Start" is hit to actually launch the game itself. The launcher loads fine but the game crashes with an error message: "A fatal DirectX error has occurred. (10000000)"
Reverting the driver back to 22.5.1 had things working as expected. DDU with fresh install of 22.6.1 resulted in the same error message.
Looking through the FFXIV System Info output came up with a few suspect pieces of information that might point to a possible reason for the game crashing?
SYSTEM_GRAPHICS_PIXEL_SHADER 0.0
SYSTEM_GRAPHICS_VERTEX_TEXTURE SYSTEM_NO_SUPPORT
