I really need a setting to Adrenalin to turn off Freesync on desktop.
I get really bad vrr flicker on my oled display only on desktop because windows keeps dropping frames and i can't limit that like in game.
I did't have this problem on Nvidia :c
Are you using Chill? I stopped using it a couple of weeks ago because it kept it refresh rate to fluctuate on desktop between 141 - 144, which then caused issues with video playback skipping.

Can't you just turn it off in the monitors' options>? I accidentally had it off and wondered why freesync was not selectable in Adrenaline
I can turn it off but I like to have vrr ready when I start gaming
