Fallout New Vegas still crashing despite supposed fix

I'm using a AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT and New Vegas still crashes on startup even after a clean install.

Same problem.

Same Video Card.

Adrenalin v24.6.1

 

Ryzen 7 7800X3d with a Radeon RX 7800XT Nitro+

 

Fallout New Vegas is playable but with significant performance issues causing the game to grind down to 10 FPS or less... and experiences constant random crashes to desktop.  Clean installation of Game with NO MODS.

 

Fallout 3 is still failing to launch, crashing to desktop immediately upon launching.  Clean installation of Game with NO MODS.
