As the title says. I am referring to the updated versions of the game, which are the ones on Steam and if using GOG then NOT Fallout Classic/Fallout 2 Classic. The game executables in question are falloutwHR.exe and fallout2HR.exe.
When starting both in fullscreen mode with Adrenalin 21.8.1 on Windows 10 Pro 20H2 64-bit, with any compatibility mode, both running as an admin and normally, the games just result in a frozen black screen. They can run windowed (which is always just a 640x480 window I believe), but not in a borderless window. I am using an XFX Speedster Merc319 RX 6900 XT. NVIDIA's RTX 3090 and recent drivers do not have this issue.
