i tried the dism and sf scans , uninstalling the driver, re installing it and everything but keep happening.
i saw in teh internet that can be from the DirectX 12 which doesn't limit the frame rate and GPU tries to get power it can from PSU.
I need a support from AMD to try to solved this kind of issue i think i'm not the only one.
