Configuration: Windows 10 x64, dual monitor set up, Radeon RX 460 with latest driver (2019.0212.1912.34565)
When both monitors are in landscape mode, when waking up after sleep, sometimes it will move the contents of 2nd monitor (defined in Windows Setting) to 1st monitor with the size remembered.
When I rotate 2nd monitor to portrait (flipped), waking up from sleep, all windows moved to 1st monitor and both size and location are reduced to 1st monitor.
Is there a setting or configuration I can tweak to make it remembers the size and location of each windows so when waking up it will restore my desktop?
